Mountain States Express does not discriminate on the basis of disability in the provision of transportation services. Individuals with disabilities are encouraged to use all Mountain States Express services and facilities.
Reasonable Modifications
Mountain States Express will make reasonable modifications to its policies, practices, and procedures when necessary to ensure accessibility for individuals with disabilities, unless doing so would:
- Fundamentally alter the nature of the service;
- Create a direct threat to the health or safety of others;
- Result in an undue financial or administrative burden; or
- Be unnecessary for the individual to access the service.
Requests for reasonable modifications should be submitted at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled service to allow sufficient time for review and accommodation.
